A group under the auspices of N-Power beneficiaries forum, has said that Dr. Halima Tejuosho’s appointment would not only be a significant step towards inclusivity and empowerment but also a testament to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment to fostering positive change and social justice.
The forum, therefore urged President Bola Tinubu to appoint Dr. Halimat Tejuosho as Minister For Humanitarian Affair and Poverty Alleviation.
Nazifi Muhammed Abubakar, the Chairman of the Kano N-Powar beneficiaries forum, made the call while addressing a press conference yesterday in Kano State.
The N-power Beneficiaries Forum (Nationa Body) in Nigeria, also extended its warm congratulations to President Bola Tinubu on his one year in office.
As a beneficiaries dedicated to advocate for the rights and well-being of the N-Power beneficiaries and the less privileged, The forum acknowledged the efforts and strides made by the administration in addressing various societal issues.

Nazifi Muhammed Abubakar, the Chairman of the Kano N-Powar beneficiaries forum, urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to consider the appointment of Dr. Halimat Adenike Tejuosho as the Minister for Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation.
Accordingto him, Dr. Tejuosho’s unwavering commitment and support to the N-Power beneficiaries and the less privileged in Nigeria have been exemplary, making her an ideal candidate for the crucial role.
He noted that Halimat Adenike Tejuosho has been given out money from her pocket o assist people especially those with disabilities, youths, and the less privileges ones.
“We the Kano State youths, we assure you when Dr. Halimat Adenike Tejuosho is appointed as minister of Humanitarian Affairs and poverty Alleviation, the APC Government will won not only presidential seat but also governortorial seat in the forthcoming election in the year 2027.
“Our appeal to you sir, is to consider our request to appoint Dr. Halimat Adenike Tejuosho as minister for her indefatigable assistance and her serious commitment towards the development of humanities.
“We the N-Power beneficiaries Kano State chapter wrote a strong worded letter to the Kano State governor and requested him to turn all the N-Power beneficiaries to permanent and pensionable workers in the state and the governor refused and add by saying that we belong to the APC government and we should go to Bola Ahmed Tunubu and seek for a permanent and pensionable appointment.
“At this juncture Dr. Halimat Adenike Tejuosho listen to our cries and our voices from different social media and assured us not to worry that the A.P.C government will do the needful so far she is appointed as the minister of Humanitarian Affairs and poverty Alleviation.
“Furthermore, here in Kano State Dr. Halimat Adenike Tejuosho had offered scholarship to many students from different field of studies like sciences, Arts and humanities, engineering and other health related courses,”he said.
Speaking further, the chairman said Dr. Halimat has consistently demonstrated her dedication to improving the lives of youths and marginalized communities through her advocacy, initiatives, and programs.
He added that her expertise, compassion, and extensive experience in humanitarian work uniquely position her to lead efforts aimed at alleviating poverty and addressing the needs of vulnerable populations across the country.
He therefore emphasized that their request is unprecedented, underscoring the critical importance of having a leader who understands and prioritizes the challenges faced by the youths and marginalized groups.
According to him, Tejuosho’s appointment would not only be a significant step towards inclusivity and empowerment but also a testament to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment to fostering positive change and social justice.
“We express our sincere hope that President Bola Tinubu will give due consideration to this request and take into account the aspirations of the N-Power beneficiaries as he continues to steer the nation towards progress and prosperity,”he said.
