The President TY Buratai Football Academy, and Coordinator Sarkin Yakin Garkuwa Foundation Engr Hassan Mohammed Sarkin Yakin Garkuwan Keffi has extended his warmest congratulations to Sen Ibrahim Geidam on his well-deserved appointment as the Minister Police Affairs.
While it is recognized that Sen Ibrahim Geidam’s background and knowledge in as the one of longest serving Executive Governor in the country, a legislator, may be limited, Engr Hassan firmly believes in the potential of the father of Yobe State politics.
“We commend the government’s vision in entrusting this crucial responsibility to an individual who can bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the table,” the Sarkin Garkuwan Keffi stated in a statement issued on Monday.
The Nigeria Police Force performs plays a pivotal role in crime prevention, crime investigation, road traffic control, election security duties, controlling and quelling civil unrest, military duties.
“As loyal citizens of this country, we are dedicated to sustaining the greatest standards of ethics. We have faith in Sen. Ibrahim Geidam’s ability to lead the Ministry of Police Affairs to success.
We are aware that there might be obstacles in the way, but Engr. Hassan is confident that Sen. Geidam would overcome them all thanks to his capacity to unite Yobe State despite the political obstacles and northeast insurgency yet yobe state benefits from dividends of democracy
