Immediate-past Speaker of Kaduna State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Yusuf Ibrahim Zailani was on Friday night honoured with the distinguished 13th African Achievers Award by the United Kingdom House of Parliament.
The event, according to the former Speaker’s Press Secretary, Ibrahim Dahiru Danfulani, took place at the Palace of Westminster, in the United Kingdom, London.
Zailani, representing the Igabi west Constituency at the 10th Assembly, was delighted over the award and thanked the Parliament for the honour.
“Late last Night Rt. Hon Yusuf Ibrahim Zailani FCNA Immidiate past speaker of Kaduna state house of Assembly, Member Representing Igabi west Constituency was Honoured by the 13th African Achievers Award for my contributions in both politics and philanthropy in Nigeria.
“We all have a part to play in uplifting the living standard of the people around us.Thank you for such Honour.
